A Milestone in Digital Learning: GSK Board Visits DN Patil School for Ground-Breaking Ceremony!
Bhushan Akshikar and GSK‘s commitment to strengthening the digital learning ecosystem in India reached a new milestone as The Board of Directors visited the DN Patil School in Nashik.
The visit marked the symbolic ground-breaking ceremony for our new Model School development interventions. This builds on a successful partnership that has already delivered 100 smart classrooms over the last three years, with 15 more smart classes and 2 Model Schools now underway.
The Board was highly impressed, especially after witnessing a brilliant smart-class demonstration confidently led by one of the students, showcasing their strong command of digital learning.
To date, this program has positively impacted 23,362 students and provided training to 1,024 teachers, driving real change in educational access.
It was inspiring to see the excitement for learning firsthand!
A meaningful memento frame featuring Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam’s handprint was a touching reminder of the importance of education.
