To address this, the Digital Skills for Youth program, a collaboration between YUVA Unstoppable and HSBC, is equipping final-year students with the tools they need to thrive in a digital-first workforce.

The Core Approach & Theory of Change

Operating across more than 50 colleges in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune, the program delivers a rigorous 230-hour curriculum. Students move beyond textbooks to master Full Stack Development, AI Fundamentals, and Career Readiness.

This intervention is built on a clear Theory of Change: by providing industry-aligned technical training and placement support, we create immediate employment access. This doesn’t just result in a job; it triggers systemic economic upliftment, driving individual mobility and building a stronger talent pipeline for the community. Because the model uses a standardized, modular framework, it is highly scalable and ready to be replicated across new geographies and institutions.

Impact by the Numbers

The 2025-2026 cycle has delivered significant results, consistently meeting or exceeding our targets:

• Reach: 3,133 students enrolled and 3,030 successfully completed their training.
• Employment: 1,974 students have already secured jobs, representing a 65.10% placement rate.
• Quality: The average salary stands at 4.03 LPA, with placements concentrated in high-growth sectors like IT Services, AI, and Data Science.
• Inclusivity: A core focus on DEI ensures that 48.7% of beneficiaries are women, and 27% hail from rural backgrounds.
