Empowering India’s Youth Through Sustained Collaboration : The Korn Ferry x YUVA Unstoppable Journey

Since 2019, our partnership with Korn Ferry has been a journey of transformation and hope. Together, we have touched the lives of 26,157 students across 62 schools, proving that collective action is the most powerful tool for social change.

Through this collaboration, we’ve focused on creating holistic learning environments that allow children to thrive:

1. WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene)

The Problem: Poor sanitation is a leading cause of illness and high dropout rates, particularly among adolescent girls who lack private, dignified facilities. 

The Impact: Beyond providing clean water, WASH initiatives are a catalyst for attendance. Schools with these interventions often see a 14% increase in student presence.

2. Smart Classes

The Problem: The “digital divide” often leaves rural and semi-urban students behind their urban counterparts, limiting their familiarity with the technology that defines the modern workforce. 

The Impact: Smart Classes transform the classroom from a place of rote memorization into a hub of interactive discovery. Research shows that multimedia learning can improve student engagement and help children grasp complex concepts in Math and Science up to 4 times faster. 

3. Anganwadi Support

The Problem: The first 1,000 days of a child’s life are critical for brain development, yet many early childhood centers lack the infrastructure to provide a stimulating environment.

The Impact: By upgrading Anganwadis, we are strengthening the very foundation of the education system. Improved nutrition and play-based learning environments lead to better school readiness.

Every school upgraded and every student supported is a step toward a more equitable future. We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved together and remain committed to helping children learn, grow, and dream with confidence.
